This practice includes solutions and methods through which individuals and institutions have the ability to pursue their interests and legal rights according to the limitations.Good governance is aimed at finding a new model and combination of cooperation between the three sectors of the government-civil society-private sector. Good governance shows governance as a responsibility to citizens, which is due to the rule of law and transparency of fair and equal opportunities in all fields provides for citizens. These equal opportunities are not created only by domestic policy, and the foreign policy of any government can directly and indirectly affect it.<br /><br />The main question of this research is: How have the requirements of good governance and the foreign policy of the 13th government of Iran affected each other?An attempt has been made to answer this question by using documentary-archival sources in a descriptive-analytical way.The 13th government of Iran with two important principles in its foreign policy: expanding international and regional cooperation and strengthening the neighborhood policy on the one hand, and striving for economic growth and growth of capital formation along with the growth of the middle class in Iran, on the other hand, has been able to increase the rank of Iran. improve in good governance indicators. حکمرانی خوب تمرین مدیریت سیاسی-اقتصادی-اجتماعی منابع یک کشور برای رسیدن به اهداف خاص و تعیین شده است.این تمرین دربرگیرنده راهکارها و روش هایی است که افراد و نهادها از طریق آنها توانایی پیگیری علایق و حقوق قانونی خود را با توجه به محدودیت ها داشته باشند.حکمرانی خوب معطوف به یافتن الگو و ترکیب جدیدی از همکاری میان سه بخش دولت-جامعه مدنی-بخش خصوصی است.حکمرانی خوب نشان دهنده حاکمیت به مثابه مسئولیت در برابر شهروندان است که به واسطه حاکمیت قانون و شفافیت فرصت های عادلانه و برابر در همه زمینه ها برای شهروندان فراهم می سازد.این فرصت های برابر تنها به وسیله سیاست داخلی ساخته نمی شوند و سیاست خارجی هر دولتی می تواند به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بر ان اثر بگذارد.پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که بایسته های حکمرانی خوب و سیاست خارجی دولت سیزدهم چگونه بر یکدیگر تاثیر گذاشته اند؟ تلاش شده است با استفاده از منابع اسنادی-آرشیوی به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی به این سوال پاسخ داده شود.دولت سیزدهم با دو اصل مهم در سیاست خارجی خود یعنی گسترش همکاری های بین المللی و منطقه ایی و تقویت سیاست همسایگی از یک سو و تلاش برای رشد اقتصادی و رشد تشکیل سرمایه به همراه رشد طبقه متوسط در ایران از سوی دیگر توانسته است که رتبه ایران را در شاخص های حکمرانی خوب بهبود بخشد. https://www.jokog.ir/article_201739_47e580d6c1e7cd2e71d2ff5590f5ca8a.pdf
